Sav-RX Prescription Services takes member satisfaction very seriously. We continually seek enhancements that may strengthen and increase satisfaction.

In our efforts to increase customer care, Sav-RX began using U.P.S. Mail Innovations to provide enhanced tracking capabilities of mail order packages to our participants. After a brief trial of this shipping method, we have found this process to result in unacceptable mailing times in comparison with our previous shipping method. (Utilizing the United States Postal Service, First Class Mail). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

As a result, Sav-RX has resumed utilization of U.S.P.S. First Class Mail immediately. You and all participants will see a significant improvement in shipping times for mail order prescriptions.
